Location: Upper Darby
Settlers Hospitality Group in PA is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Ledges Hotel. You will greet guests, check them in and out, issue keys, and guide guests to rooms, while answering inquiries and offering local dining and entertainment tips.
You’ll also support security and general front desk operations. The ideal candidate has hospitality training and at least one year of experience in a similar role, with poise, organization, and a strong customer service focus.
