The Guest Concierge will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Guest Services and guest satisfaction
Responsibilities and Duties:- Knowledge of a room reservation system
- Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
- Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
- Hotel ambassador- share property knowledge
- Assigning rooms
- Processing payments
- Accommodating guest requests
- Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, etc.
- Check rooms daily to ensure proper cleanliness
- Oversee breakfast preparations
