- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and ensuring guest safety throughout the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure operational transparency
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during overnight shifts in a resort or hotel setting
- Familiarity with guest services protocols, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards to enhance guest experiences
