Assist guests with luggage and escort to front desk and rooms as needed;
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and local area;
Coordinate with bell/guest services to assist with parking and vehicle retrieval as requested;
Maintain a clean and organized entrance and lobby area and deliver personalized guest experiences
