To assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of hotel premises, ensuring a pleasant and positive guest experience by managing linen and cleaning tasks.

• Clean rooms as needed, including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals.
• Move and arrange furniture, dust, and polish furniture, metalwork, and equipment.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered machinery. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies with a vacuum cleaner.
• Collect soiled linens for laundering and store clean linens in the linen closet.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Restock rooms with necessary supplies (towels, etc.) and prepare the cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for the shift.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays; transport trash to disposal areas.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Handle all requests for luggage assistance in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Handle items for  Lost and Found  according to hotel standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures and techniques.
• Ability to perform routine tasks repeatedly with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Availability to work overtime and irregular hours.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus, but not required.
• Weekends and Holidays required

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
