Catering Services Supervisor

ARAMARK is seeking a Catering Services Supervisor for Phillips Academy to oversee daily catering operations and event execution. In this campus-based role, you will coordinate menus, set-ups, and service for events of varying size, lead and schedule catering staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. You'll manage inventories, liaise with campus partners, and uphold ARAMARK's standards for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering operations for campus events at Phillips Academy
• Plan and coordinate event logistics, including menus, set-ups, and service flow
• Lead, train, and schedule catering staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for catering supplies and products
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues during events
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders and ARAMARK teams to meet event requirements
• Maintain accurate records for labor, sales, and event performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and brand standards adherence
