• Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answering questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area.
• Resolving small issues quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Managing check-outs and handling payments accurately.
• Keeping the front desk and lobby area organized and presentable.
• Staying calm and focused during busy moments while maintaining excellent service.
