Catering Server

Parkhurst Dining is seeking friendly, service-oriented Catering Servers to support catered events in education and corporate settings. In this role, you'll set up food and beverage stations, serve guests, and maintain clean, attractive event spaces. Responsibilities include buffet and plated service, replenishing items, clearing tables, and following food safety and sanitation standards. You'll work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver warm, professional hospitality that reflects our people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catered events, including tables, linens, buffet lines, and beverage stations
• Provide buffet and/or plated meal service to guests with professional, friendly hospitality
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items throughout events
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, dining rooms, and back-of-house support spaces
• Clear plates, glassware, and utensils; reset tables between courses or events
• Follow food safety, allergy awareness, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Coordinate with culinary and event teams to ensure smooth service flow and timing
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing catering equipment and supplies
• Follow company standards for appearance, guest interaction, and service quality
• Support a safe work environment by following all safety and incident-reporting procedures
