House Person

House Person duties include cleaning all areas of the hotel, moving furniture, restocking supplies, emptying trash, delivering items to guest rooms, and providing superior customer service. House Person may be asked to drive hotel shuttle.

Essential Functions:

• Always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Drive guests in hotel shuttle van.
• Restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies.
• When necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trash.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Lobby:
  Clean registration desk, vacuum, clean fingerprints off glass doors.
• Public Restrooms:
  Clean sink, toilet, mop floor - replenish supplies as needed.
• Pool Area:
  Replenish supplies as needed; take out all the trash; clean glass doors and any residue from the tables. Check the water level in the Spa and check the bromine level.
• Exercise Room: clean all mirrors, wipe all equipment; take out trash; run vacuum cleaner; clean glass doors.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service skills

Credentials and

Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform repetitive movements
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time

Shift:

Full Time; 1 PM-9 PM or 3 PM-11 PM
