Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a Front Desk this role you will (but not limited to):
The primary role of the position is to assist members & guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.
Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensure that calls are redirected accordingly
Takes and relays messages
Records reservations for daily dining, special events, meetings, guest rooms, etc.
Greets guests in a professional, friendly, helpful manner.
Answers questions and suggests menu items
Performs clerical duties when necessary
Enters miscellaneous charges through the POS system (snack bar chits, credit card sales, etc.)Types up daily lunch and/or dinner specials
Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Club Essential POS system
Excellent customer service skills
Professional, courteous, and outgoing personality
