Club Corp - 132 Laurel Oak Drive - Responsibilities:
Greet members/guests by name and seat them with a warm, high-quality service;
Maintain the host podium and close out the podium at the end of each shift;
Complete daily assignments and side work, keep work areas organized and sanitized, stock supplies;
Assist service staff and support the team to deliver the 3-steps of service;
Notify management of member/guest complaints and practice effective service recovery
