Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Residence inn by Marriott is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. Must be able to work 3pm
-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. You'll play a key role in creating a memorable stay by providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

  Handle bookings, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system.
• Be the Local Expert

  Offer helpful information on hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining.

  Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Financial Tasks

  Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
