Salary Range: $23.00 To $23.00 Hourly

The Shooting Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and seamless shooting experience for guests at the Grounds & Shooting Lodge. This position involves managing the shooting range operations, maintaining equipment, and providing expert guidance to participants of varying skill levels. The attendant is responsible for upholding all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure environment for both guests and staff.

Additionally, the role requires excellent customer service skills to assist guests with their needs and enhance their overall experience.
This position is a Saturday and Sunday job that runs from October - May

• Demonstrated knowledge of firearm safety and shooting range protocols.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality or recreational shooting environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Experience working in a hospitality or tourism setting related to outdoor recreational activities.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Oversee daily operations of the shooting range, ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and lodge policies.
• Monitor guest behavior and intervene promptly to prevent unsafe practices or accidents.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of shooting stations and targets before and after sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, incidents, and guest participation.
