Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Corporate HR Business Partner with experience in leading corporate recruitment projects to join a Global Manufacturer located in the Chester County area. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential; the company would like to develop the right individual to be the next HRM.
Responsibilities- Report to HR Director and support full life cycle of talent acquisition activities for salaried positions; support hiring manager on developing job profiles and set up mutual agreement on job requirement, timeline, and salary range.
- Sourcing, vetting and interview potential candidates based on job requirements; align candidate profiles with hiring managers’ expectations.
- Utilize various recruiting channels to attract applicants such as: job boards, indeed, career fair, , co-op, internship, etc.
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners to support candidate sourcing effort; establish relationships with recruitment vendors and continue source and on-board new vendors.
- Conduct pre-employment screening, employment verification, new hire paperwork, orientation and on-boarding; administrate employee benefits, payrolls and performance review.
- Support and prepare KPI reports, analytical reports to monitor performance of recruiting channels; develop metrics to monitor new hire performance, turnover, staffing history, etc.
- Design and implement talent development programs across the company; collaborate with hiring managers to identify talents’ potentials and establish training programs catering management, career advancement, leadership improvement, etc.
- Oversee and manage FMLA, ADA and Disability projects, oversee payroll process and time keeping process, maintain and prepare manual payroll checks in addition to direct deposit.
- Support day to day HR Generalist responsibilities for the manufacturing and corporate site regarding employee relations, talent management, etc.
- Recent years’ experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in manufacturing spaces
- Experienced in Full life cycle of recruitment across executive to professional level.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, able to meet deadlines and execute projects independently.
- Ability to serve as business partner to cross functional leaders and external partners.
- Ability to nurture relationships and navigating challenging personalities
