Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Location: Bala Cynwyd
This position requires you to be working in office, 3 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
Position SummaryThe Regional Recruiting Supervisor oversees field recruiting execution across a dedicated Region, providing hands-on leadership to a team of recruiters while acting as the primary talent partner for regional and market leadership. This role balances leadership, coaching, and recruiting ensuring consistent hiring quality, speed, and process discipline. The Regional Recruiting Supervisor drives alignment between recruiters, hiring managers, and business goals through strong partnership, funnel analytics, talent insights, and structured recruiting practices.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise a team of East Region recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
- Manage a large requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, verifying experience, certifications (if applicable), availability, and overall alignment to the role.
- Lead team huddles, share best practices, and ensure consistency in process, messaging, and candidate care.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for recruiters and hiring managers, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- 8-10 years of Technical experience
- 1-3 years of Supervisory experience
- HS Diploma/ GED required
- Associate/Technical degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of high-volume, multi-location recruiting operations; labor markets for field leadership and skilled-trade roles; structured screening and interviewing standards; and recruiter coaching and escalation management.
- Working knowledge of recruiting technology, job advertising platforms, KPI reporting, and hiring compliance, with the ability to interpret data and partner effectively with field leadership to drive consistent hiring outcomes.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiters while managing competing priorities across multiple markets.
- Manage high requisition volume, prioritize urgent needs, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Assess candidates against job requirements and guide interview and offer decisions.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, identify funnel gaps, and adjust strategy to improve outcomes. Communicate clearly and partner effectively with hiring managers and field leadership to drive alignment, consistency, and timely hiring results.
- The Regional Recruiting Supervisor would manage four remote direct reports.
- Primarily sedentary role requiring prolonged computer and phone use.
