You lead end-to-end HR service delivery by leading a team of an HR Operations Specialist, an Apprentice and Receptionists across our 4 Business Units of the Headquarter while driving transformation: modernising systems, rolling out new tools, improving processes, and translating strategy into execution.     • Be the captain of the HR ship across Switzerland – steering everything from onboarding to farewell waves.
    • Make every touchpoint for our employees seamless, joyful, and undeniably human.
    • Juggle contracts, benefits, payroll, and time-off management without breaking a sweat.
  • Guardian of Compliance
    • Be our Swiss-law superhero – ensuring all activities tick the legal boxes.
    • Be the go-to for complex questions from federal, cantonal, and communal authorities.
    • Keep documents sharp, interactions smooth, and compliance airtight.
  • Leader of Legends
    • Coach, mentor, and inspire the HR Operations & Site Admin squad to excellence.
    • Set priorities that drive clarity and keep the team aligned.

  • Architect of Excellence
    • Design an HR experience people will actually enjoy — think service catalogues, SLAs, and clear pathways.
    • Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to ensure aligned efforts.

    • Be the guardian of HR data – accurate, private, and audit-ready.
    • Build processes that withstand audit scrutiny.
    • Address audit findings and convert them into improvements.

    • Maintain smooth operations and foster continuous improvement culture.
    • Promote accountability and curiosity within the team.

    • Own HR systems in partnership with Group HRIS and IT.
    • Keep data clean, access rights clear, and upgrades smooth.
    • Prioritize technology changes that simplify life for all users.
    • Maintain high service levels and strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Support onboarding of future HR vendors.
  • Change Catalyst
    • Lead projects that make HR smarter, faster, and more self-serve.

Who You Are
  • HR Operations Authority
    • 7+ years of HR Operations across the employee journey.
    • Hands-on Swiss HR compliance, payroll, and social insurance experience.
    • Proven ability to lead HR Ops or Site Admin teams.
    • Skilled in setting service standards, juggling priorities, and managing escalations.
  • Governance Pro
    • SOPs, access management, and remediation expertise.
  • Systems-Savvy Strategist
    • HRIS user or owner who values clean data and smooth processes.
    • Fluent in role/access governance, change adoption, and incident triage.
  • Change-Minded Builder
    • End-to-end HR projects are your jam.
    • Experience leading change in lean, matrixed environments.
  • Swiss HR Professional
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Swiss HR Operations, Payroll, and Social Insurance credentials.
  • Language Ace
    • German native-level;
      English fluent for global collaboration.
