You lead end-to-end HR service delivery by leading a team of an HR Operations Specialist, an Apprentice and Receptionists across our 4 Business Units of the Headquarter while driving transformation: modernising systems, rolling out new tools, improving processes, and translating strategy into execution. - 7+ years of HR Operations across the employee journey.
- Hands-on Swiss HR compliance, payroll, and social insurance experience.
- Proven ability to lead HR Ops or Site Admin teams.
- Skilled in setting service standards, juggling priorities, and managing escalations.
- Governance Pro
- SOPs, access management, and remediation expertise.
- Systems-Savvy Strategist
- HRIS user or owner who values clean data and smooth processes.
- Fluent in role/access governance, change adoption, and incident triage.
- Change-Minded Builder

- Experience leading change in lean, matrixed environments.
- Swiss HR Professional
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Swiss HR Operations, Payroll, and Social Insurance credentials.
