About

The Role

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR.

You’ll assist with onboarding, employee records, HR system updates and general HR administration, helping ensure a smooth experience for our employees and accurate internal processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Enter and maintain employee information in our HR system
  • Support onboarding activities including background checks and new hire paperwork
  • Assist with I-9 verification and personnel file organization
  • Help track absence, leave and basic HR metrics
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes
  • Respond to basic employee questions and route more complex issues to HR leadership
  • Support routine reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.)
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred (HR experience a plus, not required)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and eager to learn
