AboutThe Role
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR.
You’ll assist with onboarding, employee records, HR system updates and general HR administration, helping ensure a smooth experience for our employees and accurate internal processes.

- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Enter and maintain employee information in our HR system
- Support onboarding activities including background checks and new hire paperwork
- Assist with I-9 verification and personnel file organization
- Help track absence, leave and basic HR metrics
- Provide administrative support for HR processes
- Respond to basic employee questions and route more complex issues to HR leadership
- Support routine reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred (HR experience a plus, not required)
- Reliable, detail-oriented and eager to learn
