Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our commercial perimeter (acquisitions) by managing the full employee life cycle and partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders.
This role combines operational HR execution with business partnering responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively, and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment.
The position is operational in nature, with a strong field component and direct exposure to commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Operational HR- Act as HR point of contact for the Pioneer perimeter (commercial sites included)
- Understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR initiatives
- Support and advise managers on people-related matters (performance, structure, retention, engagement)
- Ensure alignment of people decisions with company policies, values, and internal equity
- Ensure smooth integration and follow-up of new joiners
- Manage employee relations topics and provide structured guidance to managers
- Contribute to retention strategies and workforce stability
- Support organizational design and team structuring when needed
- Coordinate the performance management and talent management processes
- Identify risks and propose proactive HR solutions
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and Centers of Excellence
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Travel to commercial sites (~30%) to ensure proximity to operations
- Provide on-site HR support and reinforce company culture and standards
- University degree
- 3–5 years of relevant HRBP experience
- Previous exposure to commercial, sales, procurement, or BPO environments
- Experience managing the employee life cycle (recruitment → onboarding → development)
- Comfortable in both structured corporate and field environments
- English – B2 (oral & written) – mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong business acumen and ability to challenge constructively
- Analytical thinker with structured decision-making approach
