Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Accela Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and approachable Human Resources Generalist to support our team and help foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands‑on — someone who can balance compliance, employee relations, recruitment support, and culture‑building in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
Schedule Monday‑Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

- Support full‑cycle recruitment efforts including posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Assist with employee relations matters, coaching, documentation, and investigations.
- Track and manage leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and benefits enrollment.
- Support performance management and corrective action processes.
- Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare and labor laws.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Healthcare or long‑term care experience required.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
