High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Required Minimum of 5 Years of Human Resources Experience Required Healthcare, Senior Living, or Non-Profit Experience Strongly Preferred Strong Knowledge of Employee Benefits Administration Experience Managing Workers' Compensation Claims, Investigations, and Disputes Experience Administering FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Programs Experience Conducting HR Audits and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Strong Employee Relations, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to Handle Sensitive and Confidential Information with Professionalism and Discretion What You'll Do:

Administer and support employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits

Manage Workers' Compensation claims, investigations, reporting, and dispute resolution while ensuring compliance and timely communication

Oversee administration of FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) programs

Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and workplace concerns

Conduct audits of employee files, benefits, and HR programs to ensure compliance and data integrity

Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to support retention and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation as needed

Partner with leadership to support performance management processes and annual reviews

Participate as an active member of the Safety Committee Support HR projects, compliance initiatives, and special assignments that contribute to organizational success
