Human Resources Coordinator
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Location:
South Brunswick, NJ
- Coordinate daily operation of the DC’s HRIS system; review additions, deletions, and changes for accuracy.
- Review trends or issues in HRIS data to identify potential problems.
- Conduct HRIS process training for all leadership.
- Perform all audits to ensure compliance with WSI policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain all HR records including active associate personnel files for Supply Chain.
- Serve as Single Point of Contact to associates regarding Oracle HRIS systems.
- Communicate with managers regarding HRIS related deadlines.
- File HR related items into associate personnel file.
- Process Oracle-People Manager entries and personnel actions ensuring appropriate internal controls to minimize errors.
- Process new hire information in Oracle within 72 hours of hire while maintaining 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain HR DC Records Mailbox; process items daily.
- Create, audit, and distribute accurate reports such as department data, headcount, and termination reports weekly.
- Assist in preparing employment packages, handling benefits information, associate inquiries, and processing associate paperwork.
- Act as subject matter expert for Business Partners and leadership team.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in fast‑paced Human Resources with HRIS Software.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Spreadsheets).
- General understanding of Oracle HCM product.
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency for preparing and delivering professional presentations.
- Proficient in high‑performance cultures emphasizing quality, productivity, and standards.
- History of producing accurate, timely reports and managing stringent guidelines.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish.
- Sits for long periods.
- Frequently lifts/moves up to 15 pounds.
- Repetitive hand and finger movements to operate computer, phone, and keyboard.
