Human Resources Compliance And Ethics Manager
This position offers a base salary range of $109,196 - $181,994 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OverviewEnsure Sheetz adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Serves as the key liaison between the Sheetz HR and Legal teams. Developing, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs, conducting audits, drafting and updating employment policies and handbooks, and providing guidance to the HR team, executive leadership and other departments. Play a crucial role in advising leadership on ethical issues and working to foster a culture of ethical practice/integrity.
Responsibilities(Other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Stay current with potential new or changing employment laws and legislation with a focus on new markets/states to which Sheetz may be expanding and advises HR and other departments on necessary actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Ensure company's compliance programs are updated accordingly.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience as an HR manager, HRBP, HR Compliance Officer, Employment Law or related position required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated working knowledge of federal, state and local (within the Sheetz footprint) employment laws, regulations and rules required
Licenses/Certifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred
