A growing organization partnered with a mission-driven healthcare and human services client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across a variety of clinical, behavioral health, administrative, and operational positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers while helping organizations scale strategically.

This role will operate in an embedded/RPO-style recruiting capacity, supporting a confidential nonprofit healthcare organization with ongoing hiring needs throughout the Philadelphia area. The Recruiter will play a critical role in managing recruitment workflows, sourcing qualified talent, coordinating interviews, and helping improve overall hiring processes.

The environment is collaborative, mission-focused, and highly people-driven. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple openings simultaneously
• Source and engage candidates through Linked In, job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline management within ATS/CRM systems
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner closely with leadership regarding recruiting strategy, hiring priorities, and market feedback

Support recruitment efforts for positions including:

• Behavioral Health
• Administrative Support
• Clinical Operations
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and recruiting workflow optimization

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required
• Prior experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services organizations is strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms preferred
