We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Etters, PA. In this important role you will support Human Resources initiatives and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture through strategic HR support, employee engagement, and talent development.
Responsibilities:- Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching and support, as well as transactional administration, in areas such as employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and documentation.
- Drive and develop efforts in the areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events.
- Advance site culture to embrace company commitment to initiatives including diversity, wellness, security, safety, employee engagement, etc.
- Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, organizational design and talent development.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding processes.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure legal compliance and implementation of HR programs aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Honor confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers
- Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to team members to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Support salary planning processes.
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, including audit preparation.
- Analyze employee metrics and trends to recommend HR strategies for compensation and benefits optimization.
- Maintain HR systems and support related data entry, reporting, and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills
- Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
