Baker Tilly is seeking a Managed Services Associate in HR Consulting.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Administer employee benefit programs, including FSAs, HSAs, commuter benefits, Section 125 plans, and other tax-advantaged benefits.
- Support payroll and HR administration by processing employee transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll-related activities.
- Process benefit enrollments, eligibility changes, life events, and terminations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to employee, client, and vendor inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Support annual open enrollment, employee communications, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with clients, insurance carriers, payroll providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in client meetings, continuous process improvements, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related client service role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration systems is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern.
The pay rate range for this job position is $51,200 to $69,700. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
