We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a leading financial services organization with operations across the United States. This 3+ month consulting opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who excels in full-cycle talent acquisition, partners effectively with hiring managers, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position working on-site 3 days per week in Oaks, PA, with remote flexibility.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Extend offers and facilitate pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional and corporate positions.
• Financial services recruiting experience preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise managing full-cycle recruitment, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Proficient in utilizing Linked In Recruiter to source and engage high-quality talent.
• Experienced working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across a variety of corporate roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Successfully managed multiple open requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven recruiting environments.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly rate for this role is $35.
