Position: TTH HR Generalist in Bensalem- Up to 80k!

Our client, a growing organization in the environmental services industry, is seeking an experienced TTH Human Resources Generalist to support both office and field operations. This is a newly created position due to company growth and offers the opportunity to build, own, and manage HR functions for a dynamic workforce. Reporting directly to ownership/leadership, this individual will be a vital decision-maker.

About the Job:
Oversee and perform HR administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and policy creation. Manage and administer payroll. Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, communication, orientation, and more. Assist with leave administration and employee documentation Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for office and field positions Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring processes Assist with employee relations matters and HR best practices Provide HR guidance to employees and management as needed

About You:

3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding processes Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex is a plus!) This newly created contract-to-hire role offers up to $38.45/hour, commisserate with experience, or a salary up to $80,000.

This role is fully onsite and requires a well-rounded HR professional with experience across payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day employee relations.
