As HR Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for all things employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. You will lead efforts to attract top talent, support employee engagement, and promote a respectful, professional work environment. Your hands-on approach will ensure smooth onboarding, conduct investigations, and develop programs that align with company goals. You’ll also oversee HR compliance, administer policies, and support leadership development initiatives to foster continuous growth.

• 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

• Experience with HRIS systems and workforce data analysis
• Ability to develop training programs and succession planning
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in HR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
