Pay Range: $25-29
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR department. Responsibilities may include: supporting new employee orientation, training record management, requisition statusing, event/activity support, etc. Maintains both manual and electronic records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential data and prepares presentations and reports, as requested.
Basic Required Sills:- High School and some real HR experience (actively using HR systems)
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of prior HR experience
- Candidate must have experience interacting effectively with all levels of employees within an organization
- Candidate must have experience utilizing HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Candidate must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Candidate must be able to be on site full time to support a 4/10 work schedule (M-Th)
- Candidate must be at work prior to 7am on Mondays when new employee orientation is scheduled (other days have some flexibility with start/end times)
Skills:
- HR experience in a manufacturing or other industrial setting preferred
- Prior experience using SAP Success Factors preferred
- Formal education in HR or related field is strongly preferred
- 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law
