This role offers the opportunity to work initially on a temporary basis with the potential for full-time conversion, providing a chance to showcase your recruiting prowess and grow with them.

In this vital position, you'll review applications from multiple job postings, attend job fairs, source additional qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Your efforts will directly contribute to fillingopen positions, including welders, painters, machine operators, and high-priority exempt roles, all within a vibrant and collaborative workplace.

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to review resumes and identify qualified candidates efficiently
• Competence in conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews

• Experience sourcing candidates through job fairs and online channels
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing or technical roles

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is beneficial
• At least 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors
