Recruiter Are you ready to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our client's team onsite, supporting a broad range of critical staffing needs. In this vital position, you'll review applications from multiple job postings, attend job fairs, source additional qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Your efforts will directly contribute to filling open positions, including welders, painters, machine operators, and high-priority exempt roles, all within a vibrant and collaborative workplace.

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to review resumes and identify qualified candidates efficiently
• Competence in conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews

• Experience sourcing candidates through job fairs and online channels
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing or technical roles

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is beneficial
• At least 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors
