Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Temporary HR Manager to lead and support key human resources functions during an interim assignment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage daily HR operations, support employees and leadership, and help maintain compliance, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee day-to-day human resources operations during the temporary assignment.
+ Support employee relations, policy administration, and performance management.
+ Partner with leadership on HR priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
+ Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS updates.
+ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring coordination as needed.
+ Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
+ Maintain accurate employee records, reporting, and documentation.
+ Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR procedures and workplace issues.
+ Support process improvements and help drive efficient HR workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar human resources leadership role preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
+ Experience working with HRIS platforms;
Workday experience is a plus.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
