Power Platform Architect || Oaks, PA (Hybrid) || Local Candidate

Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, leveraging premium connectors, triggers, and custom components to optimize enterprise-wide business processes.

  • Drive complex API integrations and develop custom connectors to enable secure, scalable, and seamless data exchange across multiple platforms.
  • Develop complex logic flows using expressions, conditions, loops, and error handling for robust automation.
  • Implement role-based security and governance within Power Platform environments to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems for end-to-end automation.
  • Develop scheduled flows, business process flows, and approval workflows for enterprise scenarios.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, including monitoring and troubleshooting using analytics and telemetry.
  • Implement error handling and retry policies for resilient automation processes.
  • Automate document generation, notifications, and reporting using Power Automate and related services.
  • Collaborate with other developers to integrate Power Automate with Power Apps and Power BI for complete Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and implement enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions for document management, workflow automation, and collaboration, ensuring best practices and governance.
  • Create technical documentation for workflows, connectors, and integration patterns.
  • Support code reviews, best practice enforcement, and mentoring junior developers on Power Automate development.
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with extensive experience in financial services, including deep knowledge of industry dynamics, products, and platforms.
  • 4+ years of experience in process automation, API integration, or related technical roles, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.
  • 4+ years of advanced hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, and workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio), including premium connectors and governance.
  • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, Azure AD), and integration best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and drive automation strategy at an organizational level.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
