Senior Consultant - Kinaxis developer

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Developer to design, configure, and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-performance planning models across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes.

• Design, develop, and configure Kinaxis Rapid Response models to support end-to-end supply chain planning use cases.
• Implement and enhance planning modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Capacity Planning.
• Develop custom measures, dimensions, alerts, and dashboards aligned to business requirements.
• Configure Rapid Response worksheets, dashboards, and scenarios for business users.
• Build and manage integrations between Kinaxis and source systems (ERP, WMS, MES, data lakes).
• Perform data modeling, data validation, and data reconciliation to ensure planning accuracy.
• Optimize model performance, manage large datasets, and support scalability.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data, logic, performance, and user access.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
• Experience in Rapid Response data modeling, including dimensions, measures, and hierarchies.
• Proficiency in Rapid Response UI configuration (worksheets, dashboards, alerts).
• Experience with data integration frameworks, APIs, or ETL tools.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Anaplan

• Kinaxis Rapid Response Certification.
• Experience in multi-enterprise or global planning implementations.
• Exposure to performance tuning and optimization in Rapid Response.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
