Senior Product Agilist

Overview

The Senior Agile Enablement Specialist independently delivers and maintains Agile and transformation enablement aligned to the Radiance operating model. This role owns assigned enablement training and artifacts, supports consistent adoption of standards and practices, and partners closely with Agile CoE leadership to execute the enterprise enablement roadmap. The role is execution-focused and operates within established standards and direction; it does not define enterprise enablement strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Enablement Delivery:
Plan, deliver, and maintain role-based Agile and transformation training aligned to Radiance standards.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and practice enablement for Agile teams, Product roles, and delivery leaders.
  • Independently deliver enablement across multiple teams or Product Groups.
  • Enablement Artifacts:
Own assigned enablement artifacts such as guides, playbooks, templates, and job aids.
  • Maintain and improve enablement materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Apply Agile CoE standards when creating or updating enablement content.
  • Transformation Support:
Support Agile Coaches and Transformation Leads during key transformation moments (team launches, practice adoption, cadence changes).
  • Reinforce consistent language, practices, and expectations across teams and Product Groups.
  • Identify enablement gaps and adoption challenges; escalate systemic issues to Agile CoE leadership.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with Agile CoE, Product, Engineering, and Delivery stakeholders to coordinate enablement activities.
  • Execute enablement work from a prioritized backlog defined by Agile CoE leadership.
  • Support internal and external training efforts as needed.
Success Measures
  • High-quality enablement delivered independently and on schedule.
  • Assigned enablement artifacts maintained and kept current.
  • Positive participant feedback on clarity, relevance, and applicability.
  • Observable improvement in consistency of Agile practices across supported teams.
  • Effective collaboration with Agile Coaches, Enablement Partners, and Product Group leadership.
Required Experience & Capabilities
  • Experience delivering Agile or transformation enablement in a professional environment.
  • Strong facilitation and adult-learning skills.
  • Practical understanding of Agile delivery, Product development, and team-based ways of working.
  • Ability to operate independently within defined standards and direction.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting Agile transformations in SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments.
  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Agile tooling and reporting concepts.
Scope & Decision Authority
  • Plans and delivers assigned enablement activities.
  • Owns assigned enablement artifacts within Agile CoE standards.
  • Does not define enterprise enablement strategy or operating model.
  • Does not independently prioritize enablement demand across the organization.
