ERP Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring the effective implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will analyze complex business processes, design innovative solutions, and oversee system enhancements to support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of systems architecture, solution design, and IT infrastructure, enabling seamless alignment of technology with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP systems.
• Design and develop system architecture solutions utilizing service-oriented architecture principles and microservices frameworks.
• Lead system integration efforts involving ETL processes, RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Conduct system analysis and design for ERP modules, ensuring compatibility with operating systems including Windows and Linux.
• Manage system security by implementing cloud security measures, firewalls, VPNs, and system hardening techniques.
• Oversee system administration tasks including database management (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Oracle), load balancing, and virtualization using VMware or ESXi.
• Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Git for efficient development cycles.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence analysis to safeguard information security across systems.
• Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or Power Shell to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of system upgrades and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system design, configurations, and operational procedures aligned with SDLC best practices.

• Proven experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role within complex IT environments.
• Extensive knowledge of solution architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Salesforce or Pegasystems is highly desirable.
• Strong background in database management including SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL, No

• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure; experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Shell Scripting, or VBA for automation purposes.
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and network security protocols.
• Experience working within Agile development environments utilizing Dev Ops practices for continuous integration/delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices including vulnerability management, threat assessment, and system hardening techniques.
• Educational background in computer science or related fields; certifications in systems engineering or cloud platforms are advantageous.
