We are seeking a talented Marketing Operations Engineer II to join our Marketing Platforms team within Global Technology Services. This hands‑on technical role focuses on the configuration, maintenance, and integration of our Marketing Technology stack, primarily centered around Salesforce, Marketo, Databricks, Bizzabo, and Dreamdata.

You will be responsible for implementing technical solutions for marketing campaigns, troubleshooting platform issues, managing data integrations, and supporting both business‑as‑usual operations and strategic change initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem‑solving ability, and stakeholder collaboration to keep our marketing technology ecosystem running smoothly and efficiently.

• Strong proficiency with Marketo: smart campaigns, smart lists, forms, landing pages, programs, and Marketo‑Salesforce sync
• Intermediate‑to‑advanced Salesforce knowledge: custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and sync management
• Programming/scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages

• Experience with event management platforms
• Experience with revenue attribution platforms
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and campaign management
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Mule Soft, Zapier)
