Data Engineer, Data Analyst
Location: Springtown
We are seeking a Data Software Engineer to support and optimize a unified data platform focused on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. This role combines data engineering, Snowflake administration, orchestration management, and front-end data application support to ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data orchestrations, workflows, variables, notifications, and retry logic
Optimize Snowflake performance, including warehouse sizing, clustering, and query profiling
Manage Snowflake Tasks and Streams to support near real-time data loads
Implement and monitor data quality controls (freshness, row counts, referential integrity, reconciliation)
Develop cost monitoring dashboards and enforce usage guardrails
Maintain secure roles, access controls, secrets management, and audit logging
Develop, publish, and monitor Power BI datasets for Finance and Operations teams
Enhance and support Streamlit, Python, and other front-end data applications
Support ERP-related reconciliation processes and staging tables
Create runbooks, root cause analyses, and change documentation for releases
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Qualifications
3–5 years of data engineering experience with strong SQL expertise
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Snowflake administration and performance tuning
Experience with ETL/orchestration tools such as Keboola or similar platforms
User interface and scripting experience (Streamlit, .NET, Python preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
ERP and accounting systems experience highly desirable
