Respond, troubleshoot and implement permanent resolutions to customer hardware problems in a timely manner;
Install and maintain hardware at Giant Eagle locations to ensure efficient operations;
Provide documentation and guidance to customers on network, PCs, POS hardware and audio-visual hardware operations;
Participate in the Giant Eagle IS Service Desk, assisting with 24/7 support to resolve system problems;
Mentor other retail service technicians and ensure standards are followed
