Senior Engineering Manager IRC

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and governance of critical digital transformation projects within the Energy sector.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, data, and Dev Ops) and driving platform-level delivery decisions. This role combines delivery management, business alignment, and strategic direction, requiring you to balance engineering excellence with predictable delivery in a dynamic global environment.

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or IT, including 5+ years in technical or delivery management roles.

Proven experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of modern SDLC methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops ).

Experience with cloud architecture and containerization, as well as building applications running on top of Kubernetes.

Experience building on-prem solutions that can work in isolated or air-gapped environments.

Understanding of data pipelines and ingestion frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to interface effectively with both engineering and executive audiences.

Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities in complex delivery environments.

Background in or familiarity with AI-driven platforms, AI Agents, or ML-based solutions is a plus.

Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple work streams including data ingestion, backend services, and user experience.

Establish strong coordination with Product, Architecture, and Dev Ops leads to ensure seamless integration of all project components.

Own capacity planning and workload distribution across domains, anticipating resource constraints and proposing mitigation plans to support staffing decisions.

Serve as the primary counterpart for client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear communication regarding progress, blockers, and decisions.

Manage dependencies across internal and external teams, coordinating milestones and change management to maintain synchronization across all partners.

Monitor project performance through metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

Identify risks early, ensure mitigation steps are tracked, and maintain quality assurance across all deliverables.

Encourage continuous improvement through lessons learned and retrospectives, promoting reusable components and efficient engineering practices.
