Your role and responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Agents Implementation Lead / Solution Architect to drive the implementation of next-generation AI capabilities within Microsoft 365.

This role focuses on deployment, governance, adoption, and extension of AI-driven productivity solutions, including the design of intelligent workflows, agents, and automation across tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Office apps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Readiness & Governance

* Assess client readiness for AI adoption across Microsoft 365 (permissions, data access, compliance).

* Define governance frameworks for AI usage:

* Access policies

* Security and compliance controls

* Operating model for AI-enabled workflows

* Collaborate with IT teams to configure and manage AI capabilities in the Microsoft 365 environment.

2. Implementation & Rollout

* Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.

* Design and execute pilot programs:

* Define use cases

* Select pilot groups

* Measure adoption and impact

* Drive enterprise rollout and scaling strategy.

3. Workflow Design & Standardization

* Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes (e.g., reporting, communication, meeting preparation).

* Design reusable workflows, templates, and prompt patterns.

* Ensure outputs are aligned with business standards and operating models.

4. AI Agents & Extensibility

* Design and implement AI agents using tools like Copilot Studio or similar low-code platforms.

* Build and configure workflows involving:

* Multi-step processes

* Cross-application automation

* Integration with enterprise systems

* Support advanced scenarios requiring integrations (APIs, automation tools).

5. Adoption & Change Management

* Define adoption strategy and enablement plan (training, champions, best practices).

* Support business stakeholders in embracing AI-driven ways of working.

* Track adoption metrics and business value (efficiency, quality, time savings).

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive).

* Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI tools.

* Proven track record in solution implementation / transformation programs.

* Strong understanding of business processes and collaboration workflows.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform.

* Familiarity with automation & integration tools (Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs).

* Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance.

* Background in ERP / PMO / enterprise delivery workflows (this will resonate with your clients).
