Location: Chadds Ford

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern for the Fall 2025 term to support day-to-day technical operations. This role will work closely with the IT Service Desk team to resolve user tickets, manage IT assets, and assist in maintaining secure and efficient endpoint operations. This is a hands-on internship ideal for candidates interested in building real-world experience in corporate IT infrastructure and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Desk Support
    • Respond to and resolve first-level IT support tickets via helpdesk platform
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
    • Provide in-person and remote support to end-users
  • Hardware Setup & Imaging
    • Perform imaging and re-imaging of laptops/desktops using standard company procedures
    • Assist in setup, deployment, and decommissioning of hardware
    • Support inventory updates for new and returned hardware
  • Asset Management
    • Maintain asset records for laptops, monitors, phones, and other peripherals
    • Conduct inventory audits and tagging of IT equipment
    • Assist with shipping/receiving and tracking assets across locations
  • Security Support
    • Assist with endpoint security monitoring and basic remediation tasks
    • Help implement policies related to secure device handling and user access
    • Report suspicious activities and escalate as needed
  • Documentation & Process Improvement
    • Document standard operating procedures and FAQs for end-users
    • Recommend improvements to ticket triage, onboarding, and asset workflows
    • Maintain knowledge base articles for internal IT processes
Qualifications
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity
    , or related field
  • Familiar with AI Tools
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory services, and IT service desk tools (e.g., Fresh service, Service Desk +, EndPoint Central)
  • Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or Autopilot) is a plus
  • Understanding of basic IT security concepts and endpoint protection
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Android and iPhone configurations
  • Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work independently or in a team
