Lead Product Manager (SAP/ERP/CRM)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to define product strategy, align cross‑functional teams, and drive business value through high‑impact digital solutions.

• Set and communicate product strategy, ensuring priorities align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver against strategic goals and roadmap commitments.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring stability, compliance, and business impact.
• Partner across business and technical teams to drive agile execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Required:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent practical experience; plus:
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA, translating business requirements into technical design specifications.
• Experience integrating CRM and ERP platforms using middleware such as PI/CPI and BTP.
• Understanding of radiology business processes across manufacturing and service environments.
• Experience designing integration solutions across platforms such as ERP, Service CRM, PLM, MES, and labeling systems.
• Experience in product design, development, testing, and end‑to‑end SDLC delivery.

• Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross‑functional delivery.
• Experience with Design Thinking and user‑centered product development.
• Ability to manage initiatives against key metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience shaping product vision, roadmaps, and strategy.
• Experience leading digital solutions in complex, global enterprise environments.
• Strong strategic planning and decision‑making skills, grounded in data and market insight.
