Help Desk​/Desktop Support Analyst

Location: Bethlehem

Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to deliver responsive technical assistance for a healthcare organization in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position supports day-to-day end-user technology needs, including workstation setup, account administration, and troubleshooting across a Microsoft-based environment. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting staff in a service-focused setting, and keeping IT operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver front-line technical support for computer, software, and connectivity issues reported by employees.

- Diagnose and resolve common problems involving Windows systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other workplace technology tools.

- Manage user access in Active Directory and Azure AD, including password assistance and account setup or removal.

- Prepare, deploy, and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing staff members.

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment readiness and appropriate system access.

- Record incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions accurately within the service desk ticketing platform.

- Route more advanced or unresolved technical matters to senior IT team members when additional expertise is needed.

- Track IT assets and maintain organized records for equipment and technology supplies.

- Participate in training opportunities and assist with additional support tasks that contribute to daily IT operations. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support position.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and core end-user support practices.

- Understanding of basic troubleshooting methods for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Experience handling service desk tickets and documenting support activity in a ticketing system is preferred.

- Ability to work with Active Directory for routine account administration tasks.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
