- High School Diploma/GED
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective documenting skills, including the ability to manage tickets and document resolutions to encountered issues.
- Associate degree in computer science / information systems or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program.
- COMPTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
- Experience with setup of video conferencing software and hardware, mobile devices, iOS, etc. a plus, but not required.
Typical working conditions at Kitron are indoors, safe, well‑lit, temperature controlled, with low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors. The environment is clean and sanitary with average light industrial noise. Production areas have machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock, and shoes are required. Offices with locking doors, meeting rooms, and common printing areas are well‑lit, clean, low noise, and temperature controlled with no exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors.
