Benchling In Vivo/Core Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Benchling experience (In Vivo or Core) to support R&D digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with scientists and IT teams to translate research workflows into scalable configurations within Benchling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for in vivo studies or R&D workflows.
• Support Benchling configuration (schemas, templates, workflows, registry, inventory).
• Create user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and validate solutions.
• Partner with scientists, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Assist with data model definitions, data migration, and integration-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a BA in Life Sciences R&D
• Should be based out of PA and should be able to travel to office 3 days/week.
• Experience with Benchling In Vivo or Benchling Core (Registry, Notebook, Inventory).
• Strong understanding of experimental or in vivo workflows.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API-driven integrations.
• Exposure to scientific data standards or FAIR principles.
• Familiarity with animal study workflows (dosing, groups, observations, biometrics).
