Join our Professional Services Payroll Consulting Team

Our Professional Services Payroll consulting team is responsible for deploying SAP / Success Factors payroll projects within time, budget and scope. We ensure readiness for our Application Management team to smoothly take over in a business as usual mode. We collaborate with pre-sales, sales and functional teams, across delivery business units and regions to ensure successful delivery of payroll projects and maintenance services to our enterprise clients.

The Role

As an SAP HCM Payroll Lead Consultant, you will be key in ensuring all client configuration requirements are correct. You will have ownership for the technical and functional implementation of client projects and/or within Application Management Services for Germany. You will collaborate with cross-functional work-streams to provide support and guidance for data migrations and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with our clients to understand their current payroll requirements to propose effective Strada solutions
• Understanding client business issues and constraints and recommend the best solutions
• Leading the Solution design, review and alignment of deliverables to ensure we deliver on-time and in-scope
• Providing subject matter expertise for all SAP payroll related technical and functional issues
• Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
• Demonstrate exceptional SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration experience
• Have an exceptional understanding of country specific Payroll legislation and practices for Germany
• Have experience in a consulting role within a complex payroll technology environment
• Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and have an eye for detail and quality
• Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Be a natural communicator and have the ability to build successful relationships with clients and teams
• Have excellent written and verbal skills in German
• Business proficient in English
• Applicants must have a valid EU work permit
