Position: SERVICE ADVISOR 1ST SHIFT
Location: Crackersport

  • $60,000 to $80,000 per year, all rates are subject to experience level
  • Full Benefits Package:

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to help drive a best-in-class service experience. In this role, you will function as the key connection between customers and technicians ensuring repairs are managed efficiently, communication is clear, and expectations are exceeded.

You will play a critical part in managing workflow, prioritizing service needs, and supporting the overall growth of the service department in alignment with annual business goals.

Function and Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, professional communication
  • Manage incoming service calls, emails, and work orders
  • Prioritize urgent and routine maintenance requests effectively
  • Schedule and dispatch work to technicians for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion
  • Hold technicians accountable for accuracy, communication, and repair timelines
  • Provide customers with regular updates on service status
  • Oversee the full-service lifecycle from intake through billing and follow-up
  • Close work orders and coordinate payment processing
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to support technician training and development
  • Follow company processes to deliver consistent, high-quality service outcomes
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Will Bring
  • Solid understanding of medium- and heavy-duty truck service operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with systems and technology (experience with Procede/Excede is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude when collaborating with customers, vendors, and colleagues
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of commercial service experience preferred
  • Experience in dealership or heavy-duty service environment is a plus
