** Job Description
**** Role Summary
** The R2 MES Digital Record Author independently manages digital record lifecycle activities and provides front-line support for MES execution. This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, supporting investigations, and improving operational performance.
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Independently author, update, and maintain MES digital records
* Ensure compliance with MES standards, data integrity, and documentation requirements
* Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support for MES-related issues
* Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align records with manufacturing processes
* Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with less experienced authors
** Scope & Expectations*
* * Works independently on standard assignments
* Actively contributes to troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Balances execution, support, and continuous improvement activities
** EDUCATION**:
* High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience.
** OR
* ** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree (preferred).

* QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
*** Experience working with MES digital records
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent facilitation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
** Preferred**:
• Knowledge of integrated Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Understanding of cGMP, and Process Automation System Life Cycle methodologies.#MSJR
