This role offers an opportunity to lead complex Oracle Cloud SCM transformation initiatives for global organizations. You will act as a strategic technology advisor, combining deep functional expertise with enterprise solution design capabilities. The position focuses on driving end-to-end implementations, optimizing supply chain processes, and delivering scalable business solutions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide project teams, and influence transformation strategies across large-scale programs.

The role provides exposure to innovative cloud technologies, consulting engagements, and cross-functional leadership opportunities. You will also contribute to building best practices, reusable frameworks, and long-term capabilities within a growing technology practice.

The Oracle Cloud Senior Consultant - SCM will be responsible for leading enterprise-level SCM transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery while providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, from solution design through deployment and optimization.
• Manage complex, multi-track transformation programs aligned with broader ERP Cloud initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and executive stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance.
• Facilitate solution design workshops, architecture discussions, and business process alignment sessions.
• Define scalable SCM solutions by translating business requirements into effective technology strategies.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and adoption of industry best practices across SCM programs.
• Ensure delivery quality, project documentation, governance, and compliance with established implementation methodologies.
• Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams by developing internal capabilities and supporting project success.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams on pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to support practice growth and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should bring strong Oracle SCM expertise, consulting experience, and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver large-scale cloud transformation programs.

• 8–12+ years of overall professional experience, including 5+ years of experience specializing in Oracle SCM solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, solution architecture, and enterprise ERP environments.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery teams, mentoring professionals, and building technical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience contributing to consulting practice development, frameworks, accelerators, or reusable solution assets is highly valued.
